I’m Suzanne Silver,

Executive Leadership Coach to high-achieving professionals and leaders.

And, it’s my job to empower high-performing individuals like you to do what you already know, deep down, that you can do.

But, un-learning the layers of programming, behaviors, beliefs (that were possibly never really yours!), and patterns is tough. Otherwise, we’d all be our best selves, very quickly, very easily.

Firstly, with 30+ years in human development, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many different organizations across 22 countries within Asia Pacific.

As a result, I've worked with individual specialists right through to senior leaders and ambassadors, enhancing their work with commercial businesses, the general public as well as in-country governments.

In addition, I’ve coached and mentored across diverse industries such as:

A bit of the personal stuff

For over ten years, I worked with disengaged young people to help them learn how to make healthy life choices that would improve their circumstances. And rarely did I come across a soul I could not influence, in some way, to make positive change.

As a result, over the course of those 10+ years, I empowered hundreds of young people to make impactful decisions for their futures.

So, after relocating to Asia and working with a vast array of people, I decided I wanted to make more of an impact and I began working with colleagues to help them uncover their wildest imaginations.

As a result, five certifications later and massive changes for clients, including promotions, pay level increases, complete life changes like becoming entrepreneurs, and more,
